Perfect Little Moments

When you’re offered an opportunity to create a print, digital and social media campaign for a lakefront community as special as Long Cove, there’s only one thing to do – jump in! Starring homeowners’ kids, literally wrangled moments before shooting, we created a series of short videos that captured compelling little vignettes, both for online, print and social media.

Social video ads. A series of videos featuring homeowners and their kids was an integral part of our digital media strategy. Engagement through Facebook advertising, social media and other digital venues more than doubled previous click through rates.

Print ads. There are a raft of reasons NOT to own a lake home. And with those in mind, Long Cove created a community with amenities, services and common sense conveniences that pretty much dispelled every one of them. Our print campaign took an unconventional (yet, satisfyingly real) approach to turning why bother into to why not.

Social ads. An ongoing carousel campaign featuring branded still images and video has helped raise visibility and generate sales leads. Even in what’s referred to at the lake as the quiet season, there are still interesting stories to tell.
